It may happen that you'll get a warning when you download, install or run Gynzy Desktop. Do not panic! This happens because certain security software checks whether the file is trustworthy. This trust is built up when the file downloaded, installed or started on more computers. So this may take a while because our new Gynzy Desktop is relatively new. We try to prevent these warnings as much as possible, therefore we also ensure that our files are signed with our certificate so you can rest assured that the file is coming from Gynzy.
Here's an example of a warning from Norton Security. This happens when you run the installation file of Gynzy desktop after you've downloaded it. Here you have to choose Run this program anyway.
We recommend to add an exception for Gynzy to your firewall.
Always allow Gynzy Desktop use your network connection so it can communicate with *.gynzy.com.
